Course Description

Put all those surplus tomatoes to use with creative canning recipes so you can enjoy them well beyond summer! This class will cover water-bath tomato canning, equipment, safety, resources, and recipes. Watch as your instructor prepares a recipe from start to finish, and then sample several others.
You’ll go home with recipes for canned sauce, canned bruschetta, tomato jam, and more.
