Course Description

Enjoy special access to the remarkable Denton Collection, a hundred-year-old collection of butterflies and moths housed in the archives of the Sterling Morton Library. Due to the collections age, these specimens rarely emerge from the archives. Learn about the history of this unique collection and get tips and techniques for shooting macro. Then enjoy time to experiment under the guidance of your instructor, capturing the exotic colors, patterns, and textures of these fine, historic specimens.
