This is the best part of summer in Illinois, when produce is plentiful in the farmers markets and backyard gardens are bursting at the seams. It’s the perfect time to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables for their peak flavor and stellar nutritional punch. In this session, learn to use farm-fresh greens and hand-picked fruit in a variety of tasty salads and side dishes that really shine. Taste samples and prepare a salad to take home with you!
