Celebrate Valentine’s Day with someone special in the Ginkgo Restaurant. Dine on an elegant five course meal while looking out over the serene landscape of Meadow Lake in winter.

Amuse: Roasted beet carpaccio, oyster mushroom, goat cheese ‘snow’, EVOO, aged balsamic
