  • Experience the healing and wellness promoting effects of Shinrin-Yoku, the practice of bathing the senses in the atmosphere of the forest. Take a mindful walk with a certified Forest Therapy guide on a trail at the Morton Arboretum as you awaken your senses and reconnect with nature. Select Mondays and Saturdays, June 10 through September 23, 2017, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Strap on your running shoes for an informative running tour of the Arboretum. Summer tour: Saturdays, September 16, 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. Fall tours: October 14: 8:00 to 9:30 a.m., or November 11, 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.
  • Improve your health and well-being with yoga. We will practice poses, breathing and meditation in the tranquil setting of the Morton Arboretum. Dates and times vary starting , Wednesday, July 5. Multiple sections.
