  • Experience Tai Chi this summer at The Morton Arboretum.   • In this online program, Evey Schweig, Health Coach, will introduce a few holiday eating tips to help you avoid overindulging, as well as cooking up some healthy upgrades to a few traditional holiday dishes. Thursday, November 5, 2020, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Online
  • On the three-hour walk, you will experience a series of guided, gentle invitations to open the senses and cultivate presence, with more time to deepen the healing interactions between people and the natural world. On select Mondays, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., October 12, November 9, and December 7, 2020
  • Join us for digital Arboretum Yoga sessions. Maintain your health and well-being with yoga from the comfort of your home. Mondays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., September through December, 2020, or Wednesdays, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., September through December, 2020.
  • On the two-hour walk, you will experience a series of guided, gentle invitations to open the senses, cultivate presence and invite healing interactions between people and the natural world. Thursdays, September 17 through December 10, 2020, 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
  • Improve your health and well-being with yoga. We will practice poses, breathing and meditation in the tranquil setting of The Morton Arboretum. Mondays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. July 20 through September 28, 2020.
