  • Improve your health and well-being with yoga. We will practice poses, breathing and meditation in the tranquil setting of the Morton Arboretum.   • Explore meditative and self-nurturing yoga poses with the use of plant based essential oils to restore and rebalance the mind and body in the tranquil setting of the Morton Arboretum. Tuesday, November 13 or Monday, December 17, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
  • Experience the healing and wellness promoting effects of Shinrin-Yoku, the practice of bathing the senses in the atmosphere of the forest at The Morton Arboretum. Select Saturdays or Mondays through November 26, 2018, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and don't miss our New Year's day hike on Tuesday, January 1, 2019, 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.
