Now open, the Arboretum's newly-renovated Ginkgo Restaurant features an inviting and modern look, quicker and easier ordering, and several new menu options, including a greater number of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options
Digital menu boards above a bank of registers in the new space showcase a menu that will rotate throughtout the seasons, continually bringing fresh new dishes as well as past classics to Arboretum visitors. After making selections, guests receive a buzzer to take to their table while they wait for their meal, and are notified when their order is ready to be picked up at a nearby window in the restaurant.
Those who stop in can also opt to purchase fresh, pre-packaged offerings, such as sandwiches, salads and healthy snack boxes, drinks and other items via two new self-service grab-and-go kiosks.
"We are looking to deliver world-class service and hospitality and improve the guest dining experience through this concept while focusing on quality, convenience, healthy options, and customizable ordering," said Alex Beck, Manager of the Ginkgo Restaurant. "Guests no longer need to wait in multiple lines to order food, but instead can sit down, relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Meadow Lake while their meal is prepared."
